Many reality TV stars have risen to stardom through Netflix, and it turns out they’re not the only members of their families who have had a taste of fame. Some TV show participants who we may have just thought were like the rest of us actually turn out to be related to mega-famous celebrities. They’ve appeared on everything from Love is Blind to Love on the Spectrum. So, let’s get into it…
Love is Blind Marshall Glaze’s relative
Kicking off the list of Netflix stars with a famous family is Love is Blind star Marshall Glaze.
His cousin is The Bachelorette star Justin Glaze.
Justin appeared on the hit ABC show during season 17, vying for Katie Thurston’s heart.
Marshall’s cousin was the show’s runner-up to Blake Moynes.
Justin later made another venture into reality TV, appearing on Bachelor in Paradise season 8 in 2022.
Abbey Romeo’s famous relatives
Abbey Romeo is a Love on the Spectrum OG. She and her boyfriend, David, are still going strong, and we get to see more of their family and life in season three.
Although at this point it seems Netflix lovers know everything about Abbey and David, it turns out we haven’t heard that much about their celebrity connections.
Abbey’s parents are both actors. Her mum is Christine Romeo who appeared in The OC, Star Trek: Enterprise, and CSI.
The Love on the Spectrum star’s dad, Eric Lutes, is even more famous and is still acting today.
He starred in the 1987 production of Psychos in Love and in episodes of Frasier.
Eric also played Del Cassidy in Caroline in the City, Jerry Stanton in Switching Goals, and Jake Carlson in So Little Time.
Abbey’s dad’s most recent acting credits include playing the role of Christopher Bradley in Velvet Prozak, Ron in Seclusion, and Hicks in the movie Junction.
David from Love on the Spectrum
Following on from Abbey’s celebrity parents, David, her boyfriend, also has famous connections.
David’s father is celebrity attorney Alan Isaacman. His clients have included the likes of Kathy Griffin!
He’s a big name in Beverly Hills and was once played by Edward Norton in a movie.
David’s dad was played by the super-famous actor in The People vs. Larry Flynt.
Adán’s famous relative was on a Netflix show
Last but by no means least, Love on the Spectrum star Adán Correa’s dad is also famous.
Adán’s father is U.S. Congressman Lou Correa.
Lou writes in his Instagram bio: “Proudly serving California’s 46th district—Anaheim, Fullerton, Stanton, Orange, and Santa Ana…”
He’s been in Congress since 2017 and is a member of the Democratic Party.
